Back and Ready for a new start...

I'm back... after many diets, I'm almost ready to sit with a bottle of wine and a pound of cheesecake. But instead i've decidied to sit down and write it out.. lol... I've lost and gained 5-10 lbs.. i need to realistically lose 30 lbs.
I was working out up to 3 times a day, eating 1200 calories, and working full time, husband, son.. the works.. I didn't lose.. maybe inches, but nothing really noticable.. so I slowly gave up.
I quit smoking almost a year ago, and because I was on my health kick, i didn't gain any weight when I quit... so I should give myself a little credit.
I started doing Power90 in the mornings.. I'm on 1-2 and i'm not really sure when to move on to 3-4.. I do couch to 5k on the treadmill when i get home from work on the days there isn't sports practice for the kiddo..
I think if I just stick to it, and tell myself each day... "its December.. do a little each day in order to look and feel good by June"
Hoping to override hibernation and motivate myself daily..
