Looking for like-minded friends

Hi There,
I've been here once before, gave up (head just wasn't in the right place), and i'm back now with a whole new perspective.
I'm 5'2'' and weigh about 147lbs (10 st 7) or there-abouts - the batteries on my scales have run out and i'm trying to replace, so until then i'm guessing!.
Back last year, I took up running (well, ok slow jogging) and was very pleased with myself when I ran (slow jogged) a (very hilly) 10k!. For some reason, since then it all went out the window, weight crept up and generally felt pretty rubbish with myself.
So, now i've given myself a good talking to and am 1 week in to a new diet - 1250 calories per day (hopefully with some exercise thrown in at some point soon). One big change i've made is NO ALCOHOL - whatsoever. I've realised that was my trigger for everything to go wrong - wine on the weekend = bingeing on the wrong foods at the weekend = all the hard work in the week undone.
It's taken me a while to realise this (or admit it!), but if I want changes, then it has to be done. I'm already feeling much more happy in myself for knowing i'm doing it this time!.
So, i'm looking for friends that I can encourage and maybe give advice that can do the same for me!

Feel free to add me :-) I took a look at your profile and we're close in age and I have 2 children as well (8 and 7 years old). I think it's great that you realize your trigger and are actively taking steps to be healthier.0
