Fat Flusher Lean Green Shake. Thanks Oxygen Magazine!
Gulp down this anti-bloat shake for breakfast or anytime your feeling puffy.
2 cups baby spinach
1 ripe kiwi, peeled and quartered
1 cup low-fat milk
1 scoop vanilla or plain whey protein powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately over ice.

Total Fats: 1 g.
Saturated Fat: 0 g.
Trans Fat: 0 g.
Cholesterol: 25 mg.
Sodium: 254 mg.
Total Carbohydrates: 28 g.
