Ready to lose some weight and stay motivated!

Hello, I really want to lose some weight and keep it off. My problem is that i can lose about 10lbs and then gain it right back. i really want to stay consistent. so i hope i can find friends to keep me motivated.

Im ready to do this! I will be posting a before picture later today.

    Same Here... I lost about 13 Kgs and gained it all again.. Now i have joined MFP to lose all of that... Add me if you wish..

    No more yo yo! You can do it. Eat better. exercise a bit, and keep it up!

    Drop the most empty calories first! Pop, treats, that one bit of this or that here and there.
    Add extra steps here and there, and it all starts to add up!!!!
