Smoothies!!

So. I need to eat more fruits and veggies....I am looking into smoothies, and some of the recipes I am finding sound so yummy!

Although I am curious-how do you track a smoothie? Do you enter in everything seperately in order to get the correct numbers?...I will probably grab the ingredients this weekend when I do groceries, but I am excited about incorporating smoothies into my day

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated:happy:

    You can add a recipe on the food tab where you enter your ingredients and then you can add the smoothie to your diary with just one entry. this works great if you eat the same exact thing every time.

    If not, just enter each ingredient.
