Interesting salad recipes wanted please!

I'm looking to eat more salads. Any recipe is welcome, I ate everything. Recently I've been having smoked trout and beetroot salad, or beetroot, strawberry and orange salad but do you guys know any other strange or delicious ones? Thanks

I make about 10 variations on this recipe:

I use WW couscous, bulgur or any other grain and cook with any spices - lately hot curry has been a fave.
Roast up or grill some veggies.
Make some kind of lemon-y or balsamic dressing.
Combine and enjoy!

I usually substitue the blue cheese for feta and add a chorizo sausage that has been sliced and grilled. My version feeds six people and has 157 cals per serve.

But I usually only have a small amount or a half serve because it is quite high in cals (394 per serve).

I also make up my own mixed salad with chopped lettuce, grated carrot, sliced mushrooms, diced betroot and spanish onions. Top it off with a little honey mustard dressing. Comes in at about 79 cals per serve. It's great with diced cooked chicken mixed in too (extra cals, depending on how much chicken you use).
