I put all my foods in my diary today.

I stil lhave calories left but am WAY over my carbs. I've always been a carbaholic. I know there are good carbs & bad carbs. Am I good as long as I'm under calories. So confused.

  • As long as you are under your calories you will lose weight. That being said... personally I feel better when I am getting enough fat and protein, and also when my carbs are coming from whole grains. Do whatever makes you feel best, just stay under calories and listen to your body!

    Staying under calorically is the first battle. I love carbs too and they can make staying on track more difficult because they leave you wanting more. Give yourself one task at a time. Perhaps start with calorie control and work on your macros later.
