Winter and Water Consumption Correlation??

Hi, all! So, I normally consume 9 1/2 glasses of water during work with the rest at home being extra (around 11-14 glasses a day average). During workouts, I consume an extra three glasses.
My issue lately is that with winter comes my urge to want to eat EVERYTHING! Which, is normal in my case with the hunger/gatherer theory....While I don't give in to this craving, I'm having an incredibly difficult time consuming my water during the day. For instance, today, I only consume my normal 9 from work AND my workouts.
Does anyone else have this problem? I've heard of issues with winter and food cravings but NEVER heard of it with water. All my workouts have been indoors so temperature shouldn't be a factor as far as sweating more in the non-winter months. I'm stumped and don't know how to get out of this water funk!!!

You don't need to consume mass amounts of water. As long as your pee is a pale yellow you're fine. Large amounts of water do nothing for weight loss if that is the concern other than maybe keep you feeling less hungry because you're sloshing full of water. Drink when you're thirsty. You also get a substantial amount of fluid out of the food that you eat during the day. Coffee, tea, juice, soup all count towards your fluid intake as well as fruits and veggies. An apple is 85% water. Excessive water intake stresses your kidneys and can flush out minerals that your body needs.0

^^ THIS! I was thinking the exact same thing!0 -
I don't count or force feed water, just drink when I'm thirsty. I know, weird concept, right0

Well, strangely, I feel dehydrated at class if I haven't had my 9 glasses prior. I don't drink it for weight loss. I drink it to flush myself of toxins. Thanks for the input, guys! Just trying to figure out the real reason why I would feel a decrease in WANTING to drink that much when I have for a year now.0

Not really...it's no different than with food where people have to train themselves to eat when hungry only. I find it difficult for me to tell if I'm thirsty or hungry so i have to track, unfortunately. It's working in my favor though so can't complain.0 -

What toxins are you worried about0 -

Well, there are many things....not entirely just toxins. I used to smoke 12 years ago. I know it usually takes 10 years to get crap out...but I still drink my water heavily to make sure I'm clearing out. Not to get TOO personal but I'm also VERY prone to yeast infections and the water consumption helps immensely to avoid any build up of that yeast. Also, I drink more to counteract sodium intake on days when my macros aren't so perfect. I just feel better overall with that much, too. :-)0
