Help…ouch.

I am so out of shape that after the minimalist of workouts, I sometimes (twice a week) feel sluggish, headachy, and/or sleepy.

gettin' worried that I will let this deter me…again.…I am open to suggestion.

My primary prescribed an inhaler, bec’ I get a bit wheezy.

I’ve tried protein, water (before, during, and after), hot tub/swim…something has gotta help.

If I ever get into shape, this is the one thing that I hope I don’t forget.

are you expecting too much of yourself? If you are not already involved in a regular exercise program, then start off slowly. Walking at even a slow pace for 30 minutes is exercise. Then, like the rest of us, you can eventually work yourself up to either a faster pace or a longer time. Consistency is the key!

    Help...

After not expecting much & sluggish anyway, I guess I'm gonna have to suck in up if I want my fast approaching doctor's visit/deadline to be a results-oriented meeting.

My blood pressure is an issue and the time for slacking off is over. I was just hoping to get some tools to combat my symptoms.

@ 158 lb today, I gotta get under 140 before May.
