Hello there! My name's Melissa and I'm new to the community
I've been on here on and off for awhile, but I've FINALLY decided to get serious about my health and try to improve my crappy eating habits. I'm pretty motivated when it comes to working out (so if anyone needs help in that department, feel free to add me!), but I'm a newbie to monitoring what I eat and eating clean. Any advice would be much appreciated!

Oh and question: What song do you like to work out to? What gets you pumped to go pump iron? (I'm trying to make a new playlist for my next workout haha!)
