I Need An On/Offline Workout Buddy

i know the whole point of myfitnesspal is to have people to chat with and what not, but i want someone who is dedicated, mean, and to the point. everytime i get a workout buddy they always want to give me breaks and thats so degrading.

im a big 256 lb beautiful woman. but i need to lose weight. i want someone who is going to push me when i want to stop. i want someone who is to tell me to just keep running, and is going to be "a *****" and point out every reason why i want this.

i want someone who can motivate me, and that i can motivate in return. my name is chloe sarai. feel free to add me on my fitness pal . we can both use the help.

if not, you wouldnt be reading this.

If you want me to keep banging on about lifting weights and pushing yourself, let me know - I'm not big on the running thing!
  • its hard but hang on in thier the only person that can do it is you group exercising is great but often when someone calls you a lazy ***** and to keep moving works too lol
  • well on the days i go to the gym then hell yes i would need you . im going to have to tone myself out someday
  • lauren yeah, i totally agree with you. but its difficult. i just want someone to be blunt and push me when i need them to.

Hiya hun, my brother used to stand in front of my threadmill at the gym and shout at me "go on ya fat B********, run like it's for your dinner" and everyone around used to look over and laugh.... haha, I know it sounds awful but I always kept going out of sheer mortification if nothing else.

Sadly he's not around anymore, I worked my butt off for my wedding a few weeks ago and didn't loose nearly as much as I wanted. My lovely new hubby has promised me a second honeymoon if I can get to the point where I would be happy to wear a bikini. He thinks I should be happy to wear one now but tankini's all the way for me at the mo. He tells me I'm beautiful and don't need to loose any weight but he doesn't know that I weigh 15 stone, wearing the right clothes cover a multitude of sins :o(

Anyways I haven't been logging in a while and am just trying to get back into it today, If anyone wouldn't mind giving me a good kick in the *kitten* please add me too xx

PS: Working in an office sucks - even when I'm trying to be healthy I spend most of the day sitting on my rear!

Be sure that you're doing exercise that you like and don't treat every workout like it has to be epic. If you're working out because you have to and not because you want to, it's going to be hard to stay motivated long term. 256 is pretty heavy for a female, so you need to think long term. I'm guessing you work out by yourself, so make sure you bring your favorite music to work out to. Once in a while, take the headphones off and try to make some friends at the gym. Knowing other people at the gym and liking them will help get you to the gym. Change your workouts and try different things. If you try a class, get to it early and let the instructor know your new so they can help you. Any workout is better than no workout, so make it a point to get to the gym no matter what. I don't curse or say rude things to anyone, but I've been checking in consistently all year, I'm 25 pounds lighter than when I got this app, and I'll answer any question with a straight answer.
  • well love, i dont know how much 15 stone is but i weigh !NOW! 255 lbs. i my best friend used to call me a fat *****, fat *kitten* and so on and so forth. i also get online text support via KIK and THEY are better. they call me pretty much every name in the book.
i love when people talk to me that way. that negative motivation gets me going.
    glad to meet you ^^
