End of Year "tip" for the trainers --$$$

If you worked with a personal trainer this year, please include them in your "end of year, holiday tip." Say thank you for the hard work and dedication through out the year, and help in reaching your goals. Often trainers at gyms only get a portion of the hourly fee, and for many it may only be the part-time job to make ends meet. Even if you can only afford a small "tip" -- the words of thanks and the gracious thought will be appreciated.

I'm not a trainer, but I've worked in the hospitality business all my life. Tips, as a sign of thanks and generosity, are always appreciated by those in the service industry. So, if you've gotten good service - pay it forward.

Same theory for the yoga, spin, or fitness class instructors -- a card with a small cash tip or a small homemade gift (a few cups of a homemade batch of granola, or something sinfully delicious...) -- would be greeted with smiles all around!

If you appreciate the group leader for a weekly class, share the thanks and give a nod to a "good job done." :flowerforyou:
