Something's wrong with me

My bosses are always travelling overseas at this time of year which means when various perishable gift baskets from Harry & David come in for them, I get to open them, pick out what I want and leave the rest in the office kitchen for the vultures I work with.
Fresh Pears, Apples, Mixed nuts, Chocolate Cherries, Havarti & Cheddar Cheese, Crackers, Relish, Salami, Moose Munch etcetera etcetera etcetera.
I usually poach just about everything for myself but the crackers and the relish. This year, all I want is the pretty basket and the fruit & cheese.
What the hell is wrong with me?
PS - Swanny, you better get your featherless self down here and pick out what you want before I leave the rest to the office vultures!!

I miss the office gift baskets from one of my old jobs.... the most heavenly lemon pound cake, yummy cheese, the best frosted sugar cookies I've ever had, and other stuff I let the "office vultures" have.
The one I miss the most was the King cake out New Orleans attorney sent us for Mardi Gras!

I am in the SAME SITUATION AS YOU!!!!!!!!!!! The baskets get delivered to me and I am tempted all day long!!!!! All I had to eat yesterday was two packets of cookies and then later a trufle, because I felt so guilty, that I didn't eat anything else the rest of the day...why can't we have the will to JUST SAY NO to the junk?0
