Hi
currently im at 159 pounds and 5ft 31/2 tall. I seem to have come to a standstill with my weightloss. I try and stay within the limits of 1200 calories limit i have been given but usually as an average over the week. I also have an underactive thyroid.
Please have a look at my diary and tell me where i may be going wrong.

add more exercise, and then make sure you NET 1200 cals.
try and ditch some of the processed stuff, plenty of lean protein and aim to get your 5 a day, and stick to one treat meal per week.0
