Here we go!

Hi guys, I'm new here (no sh**) and I'd like to say hello to everyone! I joined in attempts to break my plateau. A year ago I weighed in at 220 had a little bit of a belly and here I am a year later at 175...problem is I was 175lbs 5 months ago and I haven't moved since! In order to break through this conundrum of mine I decided to join this and really keep track of what I'm doing in attempts to hit my goal of 8% BF. If there's any fitness guru or something that can look at what I'm doing and tell me something I could be doing better to get to where I want to go it would be awesome! But ill accept friend requests from people that aren't gurus as well haha. I don't have much support from anyone in the real world so I'm hoping you guys can help :)
