Is this meant to be weight loss or fat loss? Because I could drop 20lb's in a week and a half no problem but not all of it will be fat.

yes, its pretty simple, just glycogen deplete and intermittent fast with 2 - 3 hour eating window at calorie deficit of 1200, and don't resistance train, but do consistent of medium jogs. By the end of it you'll probably feel like total crap, and like I said most of it will not be fat that is lost, but muscle. Losing weight is easy, losing fat and retaining muscle requires an educated approach.0
