Dear Jillian Michaels Gurus,

I'm looking for some input from people who have tried most, if not all of jillians dvds...
I need a workout that has minimal chest exercises (pushups, chest flies, etc..) I'm unable to work my chest muscles directly due to a number of reasons...

I can do just about everything else, and I LOVE Jillian, i've had great results from her 30ds (before i couldnt do chest)

Right now, I'm doing her killer buns and thighs dvd, but am looking for another to alternate with...

Any help would be much appreciated!

    I am not a JM guru, but a JM fan :) I have most of her dvds and I just started a "60DS" alternating 30DS with BFBM. I have a schedule on my blog.

    You could always replace the chest exercises with something else, like maybe jogging, squats etc. BFBM is pure cardio, so you could alternate with this or her Kickbox fastfix.
