healthy weight

does anyone have know of a way to find out what my "healthy weight" should be? I'm a 6'3" man and I have a large frame. Everywhere online that I've looked they tell me I should weight between 150 and 200lbs. Let me tell you theress no way thatss happening. I am 29 and haven't been 200lbs since high school. That was when I played football and had probably about 5% body fat. I was also only 6'1" then. If I weighed 200lbs again I would probably look like I'm starved. I am planning on going to get a physical and I'm going to see what my Dr. says but I was hoping there was a better way to find some guidelines than BMI. I currently weigh about 245. Down from 265 - 2 months ago. If i go by BMI I am considered obese. And not one person I know would consider me obese. So my question in the end is how do I figure out my goal/healthy weight?

Not sure but my son is 6'3" and weighs between 190 and 200 lbs. He's far from skinny and just turned 30.0
