    when i was doing an hour of intense cardio every day i was burning about 4000-5000 calories a week, so unless you are on a treadmill 24/7 i doubt it

    Anything's possible. However, I'm really not sure why you'd want to burn that many calories in a week. That's not the way to achieve permanent weight loss, dear.

    Sure. A 2200 k/cal deficit a day will get you there. You may die, wither, puke, be miserable, have negative short and long-term consequences, etc. But, yes, definitely doable.

    being a former wrestler i actually meant wrestling practice... not anything sexual... 2-3 hours a day of sprints, pushups, situps, pullups, weight lifting and just hard practice was brutal and im sure i burned at least 15400 calories in one week of practice... specially when we did 2 a days

    You can lose more than 5 lbs in water weight in a week but a 15,400 a calorie deficit is very hard.
    Try going on a 7 day back packing trip.
