Here's is my before picture. I'm over 285 pounds here and still eating cookies.


This is me at 259. I was still uncomfortable taking off my shirt for pictures.



And here I am at 221.



I still have work to do as far as building muscle and burning the last layers of fat. So look for more updates in the future. Have a great 12/12/12 Hump day and remember to go get yours today!
