Solar Raw Kale Chips!!!

If you guys are anything like myself, you're always looking for yummy snacks that fit into this new lifestyle. I went to our local health food place, and they were unpacking these chips for the first time. I sampled some in the store and it was a done deal. Delicious!!! Especially good for those of you who might consider chips (salty snacks) as your weakness. If you happen to see them in your travels, I would highly recommend them. To quote a blurb on the bag, 'Garden fresh kale smothered in creamy cashews and other simple ingredients are gently air dried (not baked or fried) for a tasty kale chip crunch that is delicious and nutritious!' Was in there for the infamous PB2......no such luck. But didn't leave empty handed :-)

    pringles are disgusting. they're about as natural as instant potatoes, both of which are made from dehydrated potatoes. ew.

    or these tortilla chips from Trader Joes with soy flour and flaxseed added...good stuff there.

    Those sound yummy! I never thought I would like a kale chip then my friend showed me how to make them in the microwave with just a little olive oil and salt. I didn't think they would be crunchy coming from the microwave, but they were. I also don't eat added salt. I was pleasantly surprised with the taste.

    I will try the Microwave kale chips. I made steamed kale for Pasta one time but it wasn't that great. Thanks for the suggestion. Not that this is on the topic I am making Quinoa Lentil Black Eye Pea Loaf tonight. If anybody wants to know how it turns send a friend request. I love to cook and try new things vegeterian, Sometimes even Vegan.

    I'm sorry, I didn't realize you were a pringle. What's it like to live life as a chip?
