I was wondering if anyone has had digestive problems associated with cutting their calories or with their lifestyle change. I have hit my first plateau at 178lbs and actually gained back to 181lbs and I feel like it might be because my digestive system has slowed down for some reason. I have been adding a lot of water and fiber suppliments to try to help but I still feel really bloated. Any suggestions are appreciated

My doctor recommended eating Activia. I tried the Activia Light - it's only 70 calories per container, and it's not too bad tasting. It did help. Also, I take an acidophylus (check spelling) supplement every day. The doctor also recommended that. It's a probiotic supplement that you can buy in any drug store or walmart type store. Hope this helps.0

I'm with hopeitworks. I have a very sensitive digestive system so I take probiotics to help ease my symptoms. It really helps! Also, keep taking your fiber as that really helps, too.0
