How is the most accurate way to measure body fat %? I have a thing that pinches your stomach to measure body fat % that came w/ my beach body program, but a few years ago when I went to the gym, they pinched me in my arm, stomach and thigh I think...
Is the stomach one enough to get an accurate measurement? Or am I better off to have a "professional" do that?

Oh and according to my caliper thingy, my body fat % is at about 20%. Be honest. Does my profile pic look like I'm at 20%? Maybe should be higher?0

Calipers are only as accurate as the person taking the measurement. The most accurate measurements are from hydrostatic weighing or DEXA scanning... but what you want to track is trending over time. Calipers or electrical impedance monitors are fine for that. You could be around 20% BF.
The American College of Sports Medicine calculates Fitness Standards for body fat % in women under 40 yrs to be 16-28%. You are healthy. Congratulations!0 -
there is 3 ways to do it,
first one by measuring tape which i believe every house has one from their grandma's
and here is the way to calculate it using measuring tape

or

2nd one by using clippers and any gym do have them

3rd one which is the least accurate but the easiest , you will just look at pic and determine urs, this can be used more of a baseline before u get your accurate results
