So in the past 5 days i've exceeded my sugar goal and im kinda worried if this will affect my weight loss.. some days i exceed by less and others by a lot more and since i haven't lost a single pound in a week i'm worried that the sugar is affecting my progress
can this be happening and the sugar is turning into fat?

The only problem I have with sugar is that sometimes it makes me crave more sugar. Even if it's just from fruit, I might start to crave chocolate or cake. As long as I stay under 30g, it doesn't cause cravings for me. It won't hinder your weight loss, it just might cause cravings.0

For weight loss all that matters is calories. I don't even track sugar because it's already included in carbs. If your carbs are good then your sugar is fine.0
