OMG, How bad were the calories today?

I did bad with out knowing it.
I ate like nothing all day and then had a salad and blew it.
There was nothing in the salad.
I ate half 1 cup really of the Zaxby's chicken salad zalad and went over the top.

Back to the exercise bike tonight!!!

    Wow - based on your post it doesn't even sound possible that you went over??? What in the world is in that non-salad :huh:

    You should eat more than 500 Calories. Maybe make up for it with veggies?

    I know, I went over 700 calories. The salad had celery, tomatoes, chicken salad, no cheese, no bacon, no croutons... I used reg 2 carb dressing, it was two cups worth and I only ate1 cup serving...

    What the fudge??

    I'm confused. You're stressing because you only had one serving of a salad with celery, tomatoes, chicken salad, and regular 2 carb dressing?

    Really confused here.
