It's 10pm

It's 10pm and I just finished my workout. But I'm hungry and it's 10pm, is there anything I can eat if I'm going to bed soon? Should I just go to bed hungry and drink more water?

  • you seem to have 100 calories left. What I would do is have a cup of tea or some other liquid, water, anything, and a snack of 100-200 calories or so. Remember your goal should leave you with a 500 cal deficit so unless you eat 500 over your goal you will still be losing. :)

I heard that it's ok to eat a little cottage cheese before bed.

Its 10:30 here and I am gonna be up playing xbox til midnight and then I am going to have 2 Jello Pudding cups (120 calories) and a Glass of 1% Chocolate milk (350 calories) still have about 500 calories left for today. If it fits your caloric intake and you have them then eat. Meal timing has absolutely no relevance what so ever unless you have a medical condition or suffer from acid reflux...... Best of Luck

↑↑↑ That. I'm a late eater too and have had no weight loss problems. If you have the calories, need the intake and don't have any other issues, then eat what you want.

If it doesn't affect your digestion (eg. GERD), eat what fits your plan.

This. As long as you stay within calories, you're fine. Personally, I don't believe in going to bed hungry.
