Keep logging!

I saw a blurb on my local ABC news last night about programs like MFP. (This was of course while on my elliptical!)

It noted that people who use smart phones and computers to log in exercise and food intake were 4 times more likely to lose weight and keep it off!

  • I have been logging for 235 days now and can't imagine NOT logging. It really makes you think about what you are putting in your mouth, if you are truly honest about it! I love love love MFP!! It's just going to be part of my life from now on...!!
