Keep logging and keep coming back!

(I copied this from my posting on General Diet and Exercise and saw it as needing to be spread around.)

I saw a blurb on my local ABC news last night about programs like MFP. (This was of course while on my elliptical!)

It noted that people who use smart phones and computers to log in exercise and food intake were 4 times more likely to lose weight and keep it off!
