fitbit zip lead me to this site again-any quilters?

Anyone new to MFP and fitbit? I need to get serious about getting healthy. I don't want to focus on losing weight, I want to eat responsibly and be active consistantly. And I need to get control of my emotional eating.

I'm in my late 40's, no kids, married and work in the science field. In my spare time I sew-quilts, tote bags, dolls.

Anyone want to be friends and help each other on this journey? Any fellow quilters or crafty people?
