Has anyone ever tried the special k diet? Just wondering if it was sucessful & how it turned out..

    Yes, I less than a week - wanted to gnaw my arm off!

    Real nutrition/balanced diet beats cereal/fad diets everytime!

    I thought about doing it as well... all of the reviews I got were pretty negitive. Saying it was really boring and hard to follow. Also people said that they put the weight back on when they were done. So I havn't tried it yet.

    i think it can be a really great tool for getting yourself recognizing portions, etc. but it not a long-term solution.
