Lost direction

When I joined, I did really well and I lost about 10lb, then I started losing control and lost my way and put about 4-5lb back on.

I have no excuses, just a lack of willpower and a feeling of "It doesn't matter. Why should I try? I want to eat and I just don't care".

I know why I need to try, and I want to. I just need someone to give me a bit of a nudge again. Taking it one day at a time and trying to eat sensibly and not just for the sake of eating.

Can anyone help with motivation / advice for getting back on track when things have slipped a bit?
