So I pre-ordered this series, it came yesterday in the mail...I still have a week left of my 2nd round of insanity. Yesterday was my recovery day so I tried a Combat video. WOAHHHH Nelly! It was fast and Fun!!!

It requires a bit more coordination than insanity though...
