Christmas Calories!!!!

Just a PSA. Remember that Thanksgiving was just 'one day' to cheat out of the year. It was ok to 'eat whatever you wanted' for that one day, as long as you kept your calories the rest of the year. But now Christmas is coming, so if you 'cheat' then that's 2 days out of the year...is that overdoing it?

Plenty of people don't celebrate Thanksgiving, plenty more don't celebrate Christmas, we aren't all American or Christians!0

2 days a year.... over doing it? Nah... falling off the wagon and then letting it, the horse pulling it and the truck following it honking its horn all run over you...... yea that would be over doing it0

My family doesn't do up the food thing on Christmas like we do on Thanksgiving, so for me it won't be a second pigout day. There will probably be a nice gumbo and some sides but as a vegetarian alot of the pigging out is taken out of my hands. And since we don't do pies for christmas I'm good =]
Thanksgiving was my first "cheat day" since starting this and it set me back horribly, as far as mindsets go. It made it harder to get full on my limit for the next two weeks and I don't want that kind of mental setback again ever, so next Thanksgiving I won't "eat whatever I want," maybe just have a higher than usual limit. For me, not worth it.0
