Crap, I started in October :grumble:
Haha!
The holiday season is definitely a hard time to stick with it, but I just remind myself that every bit helps, and try not to beat myself up too much if I go over some days. It used to be that I'd just say, wait til January, but not this year.0 -
There is no Christmas this year..... it's missed out by 4 lousy days.
But then it's only ONE day if you believe in it or celebrate it. I don't so YES I will be logging on the 25th, because it's just normal day for me.0 -
Like a lot of people, it's more than just one day for me (wife's family on 23rd, mine on 25/6th). I'm just accepting that I will eat & drink a lot more than normal, and may even put a couple of pounds back on, because if I do, it'll be a small setback, not a disaster, and will just delay me getting to my goals. I'm already committing myself to ramping up my workouts in the new year, so any blips due to excess should be dealt with quickly enough.
I may or may not log on the excess days. If not, I'll probably just enter a blanket 3-5000 calories and be done with it.0
