I'm looking for some new workouts! What have you tried and liked?

Define "Liked" :oD
I don't like any of them - but I got really good results with Jillian Michaels work out DVDs (I assume you mean DVDs). Really helped boost my interest in strength training & gave me a routine I could follow. I still hit it once in a while just to make sure I haven't lost any skills...
About the only exercise I like is the two people exercises (GriN)0 -

I am in Phase 4 of this workout. it's by Jim stoppani a P.H.D in physiology and writes a lot of article for bodybuilder.com.
