5'2" 94 lbs, need to gain weight

In need of some suggestions please. I recently had a child almost eight months ago and since then my weight has dropped below my comfort level. I have recently started getting serious about doing something about it but I am still having problems taking in as many calories as I need to. If anyone can share ways that they have found that help with this I would greatly appreciate it.

  • Healthy fats (from almonds, extra virgin olive oil, flax seed, salmon) and the like are full of calories and healthy for your heart! Also, add two squares of 90% dark chocolate, that's an extra 50 calories and very healthy. I have mine when I wake up :)

    Good advice :)

Another thing is that if you're using the low-fat or low-calorie versions of things, you can switch to the full-calorie versions instead. That way you get more while still eating the same amount. Me, I just sneak olive oil into everything...

Yep, all good suggestions. Cottage cheese and tuna are also some good additions for protein.
