i just started doing the Insanity workout and so far i love it, yet hate it
i understand the nutrition part but i just wanted to know the protein/carb/fat ratio. I noticed most of the meals throughout the day have carbs. Im really looking to tone and also loose belly fat, from having kids, so should i cut some of the carbs or just follow the way it is.
