A question for thought
Why is it so hard to lose weight but so easy to gain? You work hard all weak watching the calories, eating healthy food, putting in the time exercising and step on the scale on weigh day and may be happy to see 1-2 pounds gone--or the dreaded plateau. But you go on a vacation for 7 days and come home 10 pounds heavier and you weren't even "that bad". I really do believe that some people CAN just look at food and gain weight.

The mechanisms that your body uses to fight against fat loss don't work the same way in reverse.
That said, 10 vacation lbs = water weight + about 1 "real" pound.0
