Caloris Burnt During 30 DS

I started JM 30 Day Shred last night and I was wondering how you other MFP users logged the workout ?

I found an "equation" on google that is supposidly from JM her self. explaining that you take your weight in groups of 25 ( So I am 173 = 7 groups of 25) multiply that by 50 and divid it by the number of minutes in an hour (60), and multiply that by the number of minutes you used the program

it would look something like this..

7(groups of 50) x 50 = 350 350/60 (minutes in an hr) = 5.8 5.8*27 = 156 calories burnt in 27 mins
