I go to the gym very early in the morning and I would like to have a little food in my stomach before working out what are som good options to try that are grab and go snacks?

i always love bananas, or a granola bar, because it's light, and helps give you energy!0

before my morning work out I drink a protein shake. It works the best for me. I love the one from GNC lean shake (except for vanilla bean.)0

I munch on dry honey nut cheerios or chex cereal. About 1/8 to 1/4 cup ties over my hunger for about an hour for my workout.0
