New Source of Motivation

I recently participated in a Weight Loss Challenge at my job this past September and won! I originally signed up b/c I needed the motivation. I hadn't worked out in over 1 year, and I could definitely feel the difference in my appetite and stamina. I started using the MyFitnessPal app about half-way through the 10-week long challenge, and it proved to highly insturmental in helping me lose more weight. Now that the challenge is over, I'm finding it harder to maintain food portion control, and I haven't worked out (other than roller-skating) in about two weeks. I still log in everyday, but I've been consistently going over the calorie goal by about 200.

I figured that reading other people's success stories would help me stay motivated.
