I think maybe I set mine too low. I never had a problem with going before but now I do.
Is 33g for 1500 calories a day really low? or am I just making really bad food choices right now?

Those digiorno strips were what put you over on a handful of days. Same for a meatball sub. Perhaps look into alternative recipes?0

The macros which work best for me are 40 Protein, 30 carbs and 30 fat. For women, we need fat, healthy fat though. Some of your sources are not the best. Almonds, Omega supplements etc. are a clean source of fat which you should focus on adding to your diet.0

I checked what my goals are set to and it was only 20% fat! Must have done something wonky when I changed wo 1500 a day. So No wonder I felt that was a bit low. I know I've had some higher fat choices but I try to balance it out and somehow it just wasn't working I suspect it was the 20% setting.
So I've moved it to 25% fat 30% protein and 45% Carbs and iI might go to 30/30/40.....I do like to eh 30% Protein setting I almost never make it but if I have a lower goal I wimp out. lol

I eat .5g of fat for every lb of LBM. It's awesome, keeps me full/satisfied, and lets me indulge on occasion without blowing my macros (though I mostly obtain fat from healthy MUFAs and PUFAs).0

I think my LBM is just under 100...say 97-98ish so I think I have about the right amount now at 25% which is 45g so that's a tad low....but I won't fel bad if I go over by a few
Usually when I go over it's b/c I'm trying to get my protein up and high portein snacks seem to have higher fat content....cheeses, almonds etc.0
