I've been loving Jillian Michael's 30 day shred so thought I'd look on amazon and see what others she's got - I've also seen from some of the messages here that the Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is quite popular with you. But I I'm in the UK and I can only get it as a 'region 1' dvd - ie it wont' play on British DVD players!! Just wondered if there was any other way of getting her workouts - or if anyone knows a way of being able to play region 1 dvds on a region 2 player....
If not I do like the 30 day shred and I can mix it up with other workouts I do ( a bit of running, another dvd called 'Totally Fit' by Mel B, walking the dog....!)
