I just measure out my 35 calorie tablespoon and enjoy my coffee. :)

You could always slowly ween yourself off it and go black.

when i have the time i blend:

    tbsp coconut oil
    2 tbsp egg whites
    3 tbsp+ non fat milk
(+vanilla extract/cinnamon if ur into that)

comes out bubbly n really good, not super low cal but healthy & good imo P:

I have used the fat free 1/2 &1/2. It's not bad but I find I use more of it so I might as well use 2 T of the full fat stuff and enjoy it.
I had the same problem, I wasn't realizing how much cream I was using until I actually measured it out. It was an eye opener, I did cut down drastically. Recently I've discovered that no cream in my coffee is tolerable, not wonderful....but

If you like the flavored ones, in my area you can find Yoohoo c hocolate flavor mix in the singles-to-go packets. I add it to ff yogurt and my coffee. Tastes so good with only 5 calories, then I don't add as much creamer.

There are only 20 calories (or so) in one tablespoon of half and half (the real stuff, not the fat free kind). Unless you are using a ton of cream, just use the real stuff. If your coffee is currently more cream than coffee, then try scaling back the amount of cream you use.

since it's Christmas and I'm a sucker for holiday flavors...I add 1/4 cup of Silk Soy Egg Nog & 1 truvia packet, only 45 calories and tastes super yummy!

I've always just used milk. Coconut milk, almond milk, nonfat milk, it's all good. I just do it to change the color anyway.
