I'm confused right now about my calorie intake...When it says to only intake 1340 cals a day, should i only eat that and then the calories i burned are a bonus to lose the weight i want?
Or should i eat the calories i also burned too but not pass my calorie goal?
I feel stuck at my current weight right now and im trying to lose 1-2lbs a week, and i know ive been eating way less calories than usual...
Any advice is welcome...
Thanks & God bless ;)

In my personal experience I found it best to eat back SOME (but usually not all) of my exercise calories IF I feel hungry. You don't HAVE to eat those calories, but I'm usually hungrier after a good workout and appreciate the extra calories. Just keep at it and you WILL be successful!

You should be eating back your exercise calories or at least 75% of them.
That is unless your setup is completely off.

If you have too large a deficit you are going to plateau. It sounds odd, but sometimes you need to eat more to lose. I hit plateau for several weeks and then right after adding 300 calories/day i started losing again. I'm in the process of adding again this week. We'll see Monday, but I expect it to be better again. The daily weigh-ins are showing progress again.
  • thanks to both of you appreciate the advice and i have been hearing that i should eat a little more, but im kind of scared..i guess i dont want to add any more weight ;) But i will incorporate that
