Amazing gluten free cake mixes!!!!

There is a brand I discovered called Heartland Gourmet - it can be hard to find depending on where you live, but I get them in Home Goods/TJ Maxx/Marshalls. I just made these awesome lemon cupcakes (hint: added a little fresh lemon juice to the batter, use organic eggs and almond milk), they are so moist and awesome even without icing. I then picked up mixes for oatmeal cinammon cookies and chocolate peppermint whoppie pies. Can't wait to make them.

GF stuff can be pricey, but the above stores have a lot of random things at good prices.
