Running! and exercising :frown: I injured my knees and hip so for now I've just been eating right.
Anyone injured and have found alternate ways to get something done? I feel at a loss when I've constantly worked out and now its just at a stand still till I recover

I have heard great things about swimming. . .although I don't have access to a pool!0

Weight training... You can use a bench and some free weights...0

How about the elliptical? I have arthritis in my right hip that is aggravated by the treadmill, but the elliptical works great. I still get a good workout!0

I also injured my knee...almost 3mths ago. I frozen my gym membership and have been doing basic dumbell exercises at home along with physical therapy. Its really hard and I totally feel your pain. I have been highly active for the last three years and now I can do very little!!
