Introduction

Hello! Due to my job, I always try to stay in shape. But, I really commited myself for my New Year's resolution in 2012. Since that time, I have completed the Beachbody Insanity program 3 times and have run in my first half-marathon. Although I work out a lot, I wasn't seeing a huge change in my body.....mainly due to my diet. I don't have a lot of weight to lose, but I want to get more toned than I am now. Since using MFP, I have been able to identify where my eating shortfalls are and have learned that I can still enjoy some of my favorites (dark chocolate)...but in moderation! I usually use the app on my phone and just realized that there were message boards here!
