Newbie intro

Hi, I'm Helen - 41 years old (how did THAT happen?!) from East London in the UK. I started a new job a couple of years ago that has me travelling 35-40 weeks a year...and piling on the pounds from hotel room service, airline food & lots of business dinners.

A work colleague told me about MFP so here I am. Just started so no weight lost yet but it's been a real eye-opener already to see that even when my calories were OK my sugar intake was stratospheric...so I'm hopeful that I'll get there but really tracking all aspects of my eating instead of just calories.

    Hi Helen! My name is Trisha I live in Illinois near Chicago in the US. I just joined today as part of a fitness goal to have bariatric surgery.
    I know we all have a long road ahead of us but we can do it!
