I have a 1.5 year old daughter, and work as a teacher in the afternoons. I spend a lot of time grading essays and making lesson plans. Over the last year I have started eating better and doing exercise minimum twice a week. Feel free to add me!
I have a 3.5 year old and 1.5 year old and work part time as a teacher too! I do 3 days 1 week, 2 the other. But I do have to spend a lot of my own time planning lessons, creating resources and marking books.
My husband does shift work so I fit the gym round that on my days off, or use the gym crèche, and on the days I work the kids are at nursery until 6, so I go to the gym straight from work. A bonus of teaching is the early finish time.
I think if I worked until 6 it would be a lot harder. I'd probably exercise in the evening in that case, once my kids were in bed, maybe twice a week, and go to the gym in the morning at the weekend.0
